Bengaluru: India’s quick-commerce market has transformed how consumers buy groceries and everyday essentials, but Bengaluru-based startup Accesco Living believes the next opportunity lies beyond delivery speed.
The pre-launch consumer technology company is building India’s Everyday Living App, starting with food, groceries and everyday essentials.
“India solved delivery in 10 minutes. No one solved everyday living in the last 10 years,” is the premise behind the company’s approach.
Accesco aims to bring grocery shopping, food, household planning, replenishment and post-delivery recovery into one connected experience. Its ecosystem includes Grokly, focused on groceries and essentials, and Swadishtt, which connects consumers with food and meals.
The company is also developing Grokly Wardrobe, designed to help households understand what they already have, and TRACO, an intelligent planning layer that connects household demand with planned purchasing and goals.
At the core of the model is what Accesco calls the Grokly × Swadishtt Interlock. The system is designed around shared demand forecasting, sourcing, fulfilment and household planning. The company believes the connection between grocery and food demand can create stronger operational efficiency as the network scales.
“Every grocery order can make our understanding of the household better, while every meal can create a stronger signal for future grocery demand,” the company said in its business proposition.
Accesco is also looking beyond the traditional delivery model. Through Direct Sourcing, it plans to build closer connections with FPOs, farmers, producers and suppliers.
Its Doorstep Check proposition allows customers to check eligible sealed products before acceptance, with 100% assurance against expired products for applicable products. Meanwhile, Eco Return is designed to bring eligible packaging and recoverable materials back through the delivery network where recovery is operationally and economically viable.
The broader proposition is to connect the journey from sourcing to consumption and recovery.
Rather than positioning itself as another quick-commerce player, Accesco is attempting to build a household-centric commerce network where demand can influence sourcing, sourcing can support fulfilment, the doorstep can become a point of trust, and post-consumption materials can potentially create additional value.
The company’s longer-term roadmap includes Hyper Chain for B2B procurement, private-label FMCG and food products, and a dedicated resource recovery business.
With Bengaluru as its starting market, Accesco is betting that the next evolution of digital commerce will be less about delivering another order faster and more about understanding what the household actually needs.
